Find your true temperament
In the Canon, Ibn Sina reads a temperament from ten signs - and these are those ten questions. Your true temperament is the measure of your health: treatment begins by returning it to its own place.

What is a true temperament?
Everyone has a true temperament - hot or cold, moist or dry. It is given at birth and does not change across a lifetime. Illness usually begins where that temperament has drifted off its own ground. There are no right or wrong answers: choose whatever is closest to you.

Answer as you are when you are well. This test finds the temperament you have in health - not the one a day of illness shows.

How the test works
- 1
The test is ten questions - Ibn Sina's ten signs: the body to the touch, build, hair, complexion, veins, season, sleep, movement, sweat and disposition.
- 2
A true temperament is the nature you are born with. It does not change across a lifetime: the food, the routine and the treatment that suit you all follow from it.
- 3
Leave the result with your phone number and it reaches the clinic. A full analysis of what troubles you today is the next stage, and it continues with the tabib.
The questions and weights come from the clinic's own protocols: “Diagnostic algorithm - direction of temperament, seat of the humour, degree of necessity” and “Anamnesis questionnaire”. The primary sources are Ibn Sina's Canon (Book 1), the Urjuza, and our teacher's lecture notes. Some scoring coefficients are still being verified in practice.
